The views from our bungalow were stunning, but the steep stairs were a workout.

the bungalows are decently modern but good luck navigating the endless stairs, really feels like a workout, and there was no welcome gift or upgrade. the sea view is nice, but the nearby train noise is frankly unacceptable. one could almost give a good review, if it weren't for all these disappointments.

Breathtaking views and cozy bungalows
Calanica Resort is a stunning cliffside gem where I enjoyed quiet evenings watching the sunset with delicious local wines. The staff's warmth made every moment memorable!
While the trek to the restaurant and beach was a workout, the daily hike provided stunning views. It can be challenging in the heat, so plan accordingly.

The bungalows are clean and modern, with stunning views over the sea, perfect for sunsets. The outdoor pool area is a great spot to relax, and the beach isn't far either, providing access to both sandy and pebble sections.
The place is riddled with stairs, which could be a hassle for anyone with mobility issues, and pathways can get steep. The kitchenette in the bungalow is missing a kettle, limiting the coffee situation. access into town is a trek—a solid 30-minute walk, and you'll want to plan for a taxi or drive if you don't want to hike back uphill in the heat.
